Originally issued during the Depression, these plates allowed farmers to register their vehicles at a lower rate. The idea
was to provide low cost registration on vehicles to carry produce to market, or just to drive between your own farms. Road
use was limited to a 25 mile radius of your property. Today, a Farm tax exempt permit is required to obtain these plates.
